Our return/exchange policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If you are unsatisfied with our product, was shipped the wrong size/style or wish to exchange or return, please contact our customer service center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 909-594-6676 within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. After that time period, we cannot guarantee processing your return.
Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned and received within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned 14 days after purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit.
All products must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached.
We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Please note, we do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Items purchased online cannot be returned for refund or exchange to any of the Anoname Jeans retail stores.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase.
If you are returning a gift you received which was purchased on this website, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at email@example.com. We apologize for any inconvenience to this may cause.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply download the RMA form and follow the instructions on the return form. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service. This will provide you with recourse on your packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next montly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they received the refund from us.
